Academic: Attorney at Law holding a Masters in ICT Law, Intellectual Property and Social Networks given by ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, Spain. In 2018 she attended the Executive Leadership Skills Training taught by Dale Carnegie in Barcelona, Spain, in addition to completing the Study Tour Institutions of The European Union taught by the European Parliament, European Commission, and Court of Justice of the EU. Between 2014 and 2015 Maria Fernanda obtained the Certification as Expert in the identification of apocryphal products in the "Anti-Counterfeit Global Program" campaigns granted by Hewlett Packard.
During her career, Maria Fernanda has participated in various courses and diplomas including: Intellectual Property in Creative Industries and Intellectual Property, Economic Engine of the World of Videogames, both taught jointly by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property; Diploma in Business and Corporate Law; Diploma in Intellectual Property Law, the latter taught by the National Institute of Legal Studies (INADEJ).
Prior to joining C&L, Maria Fernanda developed her practice in various law firms specialized in industrial property both in Mexico and in Spain, having also collaborated with the BSA Intelaw in the investigation of crimes against Intellectual Property and in companies in the field of digital entertainment.
