Since 2003, Tomato Garden, a free, downloadable version of Windows XP was the most popular operating system in China. Now it has come to an end. Was BSA (Business Software Alliance) legal action filed to late?

    BSA has to react quicker to this kind of threats, agressively defending its clients position and not allowing illegal versions to become popular since this certainly also affects customers.
